STORAGE INFORMATION: Store below -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Once opened, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours.
For best results, cook from frozen. If thawed, reduce cooking times. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Remove all packaging.
Oven: Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Place on a baking tray and cook for 13–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place in the basket and cook for 7–9 minutes, turning halfway through.
Pan-Fry: Heat a pan over medium heat, spray lightly with oil, and cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until piping hot.
