Ingredients

Potatoes (86%), Batter (Wheat Flour, Maize Flour, Modified Maize Starch, Salt, Chilli Flakes, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Stabiliser: Guar Gum; Parsley, Flavourings), Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein).

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. 

Instructions

For best results, cook from frozen. Remove fries from all packaging before cooking. 

Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 175°C. Gently add the desired quantity of fries to the hot oil. Deep fry for 3 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain well before serving.   

Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray generously with oil. Bake for 12-14 minutes, shaking the fries halfway through, until golden brown.  

Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking tray and spray generously with oil. Bake for 15-18 minutes, turning the fries halfway through, until golden brown.
