Chicken Breast Fillets

Grate cauliflower in a food processor, wring out excess water, and place it in a large bowl.

Add cauliflower, egg, onion, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

Add shredded chicken and mix well into the cauliflower mixture.
Step 6
Fill each muffin cup up to 2/3 of its capacity with the mixture.
Step 7
Bake for about 20 minutes or until brown and crispy.
