Oven: Pre-heat oven to 210°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 5. Place fillets on a baking tray and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
Air Fryer: Pre-heat air fryer to 180°C. Place fillets in a single layer and cook for 14-16 minutes, turning halfway through.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat fryer to 180°C. Add fillets and cook for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve.
