Ingredients

Chicken (65%), Onion (8%), Green Chilli (7%), Tomato (5%), Margarine [Vegetable Oils and Fats (Palm, Rapeseed, Partially Hydrogenated Coconut in various proportions), Water, Emulsifiers: Mono- And Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids; Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid], Lentil Flour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Onion Granules, Pomegranate Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala (Ginger, Pepper, Star Anise, Coriander, Fennel, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Chilli, Cumin, Cloves, Cinnamon, Nutmeg), Coriander Leaf, Chilli Flakes, Fenugreek, Chilli Powder.

Warning: Although every effort has been made to remove all bones, some may remain. 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store below –18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours.

Instructions

For best results, cook from frozen, if allowed to thaw, reduce cooking time.  

Microwave: (Based on 850W). Remove kebabs from packaging and place up to 3 kebabs onto a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 1.5 minutes – 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. 

Oven: Preheat oven Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C. Remove kebabs from packaging. Place kebabs onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally. 

Grill: Preheat grill on a medium setting. Remove kebabs from packaging. Place under the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
